Indian memories
As the reader is likely aware, I don’t like social media. What I do like, though, is photography. And the combination of the two means that my hard drive is packed with photos I really like, but that have never seen the light of (digital) day. Of course, I do put a few of them in Google Photos once in a while, but then I got to wandering if I could do one better?
What if I began posting a couple of them, each week? I guess we will see how it goes, but for now, here are a couple of photos of what is arguably the landmark of India, the Taj Mahal. It is now over a decade since I have been there, and back then I knew close to nothing about photography (let alone digital photography—in fact, the camera I used for these pics was borrowed from a cousin). Here’s some favourites:
## The first photo above was taken some years after that trip to India, when I bought my first DSLR (second hand), and began experimenting with it. That was one of results, a bottom-side-up pic of my old desk lamp. It is now broken, but it served me faithfully for some 15+ years! ##
